[Oer-community] Revisiting the issue of collaboration

Dear Kim,

You are right, in this community our individual location is no limitation
to our interaction.

The interest in a geographic representation of OER initiatives has been
raised because often we do not know all initiatives in our own area - or of
all initiatives in our own language but outside our ownarea.

The idea of a local hub relates to the suggestions of several members of
this group that collecting information on OER initiatives could be of
interest and possibly more efficiently collected at the local level.

Best,
Susan
