Sorry for joining all of you late.
I think this knowledge mapping enabled by the metadata features would be great. My view is that these OER resources can be made available in the form of a digital repository so that potential users can access them on 24 X7 basis.

In this way, we might be able to provide not only the location of OER resources, but their access also.
