[Oer-community] A simple sample map to look at

Dear All,

I have had several colleagues try to load the map.  Everyone was able to
load it eventually....some not the first time but it loaded after
refreshing the browser, one found it slow to come up, one had to click on
the filter first.

I do not have any trouble or I would not have snt out the link.   Hmmmm....
