Dear Lorna,

Thank you very much for your recommendation which is going to serve as a
working paper for a newly constituted committee to look at the training
needs of librarians of HEI in the use of ICTs in teaching, learning and
research. This is an effort towards the development of the National
Research and Education Network (NREN) in Nigeria. It is all inclusive to
cover the universities as well as the Technical and Vocational Education
and Training (TVET) sector.
