Dear Susan and all,

it's possible to transform this mailing list (which uses mailman) in a
Web forum easily. You can use systems as, for example, gmane.org. Look
at an example of use in a mailing list of Wikimedia Foundation:

http://dir.gmane.org/gmane.org.wikimedia.foundation

You can navigate through topic in a forum view:

http://news.gmane.org/gmane.org.wikimedia.foundation

and blog view:

http://blog.gmane.org/gmane.org.wikimedia.foundation

and other formats. So, those who prefer email, can continue using
here. Other who prefer a forum, can use gmane platform.

There are other similar tools for that. My 2 cents.
