[Oer-community] Open the mailing list archive?

Hi all,

how are you? I've notice now that the mailing list archive is closed
to participant members
<https://deimos.cs.athabascau.ca/mailman/private/oer-community/>,
differently from the previous mailing list. I would like to suggest to
open it again and I am sending the message here to see if that is OK
with the group.

For reference, I do think an open mailing list is better.
