[Oer-community] Global Open Access Map - lessons for OER?

Hi all, I have been lurking! From a South african perspective we are very happy to collaborate in any way possible. I am about to start a PhD and a map of this kind will be so useful from a research perspective. 

We are under resourced but willing!
