[Oer-community] A Global OER map?

Dear all,

Would a world map to visualize the global OER landscape be useful?

Definitely!

In system view, it should have a verified metadata structure. It should be
a guide way leading the users and contributors  to reliable and serious
OER/ OER Project. You may also trace and record OER Project life cycles, so
that leaders of new initiatives can gather valuable insights on why, where,
how and when they would start.  Funding agencies/ donors would also able to
pump funds/resources in an effective and efficient way to the right
initiatives.
