[Oer-community] Discussion forum instead of email

I think that's a *great* idea!  I find that discussion forums are much
easier when it comes to keeping track of a number of different
conversations at once.

It's also something the OER community doesn't have yet.  There are quite
a few email lists.

And phpBB is just as free as Mailman.

Susan, is this possible?
