Dr. Wayne Mackintosh of the OER Foundation run from the Otago Polytechnic in Dunedin, New Zealand is a partner Chair and Leader of the OER University.

Dr. Tel Amiel of UNICAMP, Brazil is another partner in OER research focusing on primary and secondary school use of OER.
